FAQ

Is it safe to visit Russia?

Despite existing misconceptions, visiting Moscow is no more dangerous than visiting Amsterdam or Milan. The number of robberies is no higher than in other major cities all over the world. As for the Russian Village, it guarantees your personal safety and the safe keeping of your belongings as long as you stay at the educational center.

Is it cold in Russia?

The answer varies depending on what part of Russia you visit. In the north winters are very cold indeed (but not in summer). In the south, in Sochi, for instance, the climate is subtropical - warm all year round. Since Moscow is situated in the Сentral or European part of Russia, the climate is about the same as in the Central and Continental Europe. As for the Russian Village, the atmosphere here will help you to resist any whims of weather for our staff contributes greatly to this account.

What should I do if I have no aptitude for learning languages? Russian proves to be a very difficult language to learn.

Please, don't worry; our competent teachers will help you to come out of the foreign shell and you'll definitely START SPEAKING RUSSIAN! Many people view learning Russian as difficult but we have developed techniques that will make your learning experience easy and successful.
